  The Cupcake Collection has delicious cupcakes. They are in Donelson and ssoo worth the short drive. Their carrot cake ones are so good. Also, try their sweet potato cupcakes. They kind of taste like carrot but they are much lighter tasting.

  I am very picky about the cake to icing ratio. Gigi's has too much icing for me. The Cupcake Collection is just perfect. Make sure you get a strawberry cupcake (real strawberries in the icing) and a sweet potato cupcake! And they serve Bongo Java coffee so grab a latte to keep you warm while you are there!
