I ended up using Abcor Garage Door Service-Darren Danielson. He's based out of Island Lake. He responded immedialely and installed a new garage door opener and checked and lubed all the hardware within a few hours of my call. Very reasonable rates. For future reference, his number is 847-526-8866.
