Annie Norris is proud to bring to Herefordshire the highest qualification in sports and remedial massage and official RockDoc qualified to tape with RockTape. She has studied a BTEC level 5 at the Oxford School of Sports Massage, which is the highest level of sports massage qualification recognised by the SMA (sports massage association) and ISRM (Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage) leading bodies of sports massage therapy.
Annie has been working in the fitness industry since 2005, teaching different dance styles and fitness, in her studio in Hereford and across the UK teaching masterclasses. After winning 2 of the UKs biggest dance championships Annie decided to expand her qualifications and knowledge in 2014 by becoming a sports therapist. Annie began her qualification with gaining over 100 hours of practise on athletes through to people with general aches and pains from everyday living. Instead of massaging the point of pain, she will look further to understand what is causing the problem and potentially leading to relieve the client of long term discomfort.
