  **** BUILDER RECOMMENDATION *** Hi :) Is anyone able to recommend a builder based around Preston please? We were due to meet up with a builder to chat with them and also walk through a property with them but they are unable to make it. So now we are left in a tricky situation, the property viewing is in a couple hours and we are in the last stages of negotiating a sale price with them, we just need our refurb estimate confirmed. Can anyone help please? UPDATE: We have finished up with the viewing. However, if any of you lovely people can recommend any builders/tradespeople that would be much appreciated :)
