  Need some help please. I’ve had a leaky roof since the big storm and it has cause black mould which has resulted in my 87 year old mother falling very ill. Before all the ceiling boards can be replaced, I need to have the roof cleaned, leaks fixed and painted. It’s been over a month that the contractor appointed by the insurance company has been trying to get a steam machine to clean the roof. Does anyone know where he can hire one please? Failing that, where can he buy water from to get this bloody job done as my mother has been in ICU for a week now and although I understand that there is a drought, her health is more important to me. I have a contractor appointed by the insurance company already, so not yet looking for another contractor.
