  These are all wonderful bakeries, but please be aware that someone making a gluten free cake in an non-gluten free environment could risk cross contamination, which could be very dangerous for your sister. There is a gluten free bakery in Austin called Wild Wood Bakehouse www.wildwoodbakehouse.com which makes only gluten free items, and their cakes are wonderful!
