I need my electrical panel in the cellar temporarily moved so a crack in my concrete behind the panel can be repaired. I got a quote from an electrician for $895 to move the box and then come back to put it back in place. The concrete guy thinks this is a really high quote based on his past experience. I don't expect a dirt cheap price, but this does seem kind of high. Any electricians out here who can guide me about this? I'm open to other quotes for this job by licensed, insured electricians. Thanks.
