  Can anyone recommend a good, reasonably priced computer repair shop out there? My Windows 7 PC that I know absolutely nothing about because it was a gift from my brother (it appears to be a self-assembled machine with component parts) has the following serious error upon start-up: "A disk read error occurred Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart" I know this is related to the hard-drive, but I can't go any further in the BIOS to diagnose the problem. I appreciate any DIY repair advice, or worse case, it will just sit here until I decide it's worth investing any money to repair. Thanks!
