  My mom is in desperate need of a handyman, plumber, carpenter installer to help with fixing up a rental property. Her last tenants completely destroyed this house and she is having to do a lot of work to get it back into shape. She is handicapped and can't do any of the work herself. My husband and I are helping with what we can, but we can't do everything. She doesn't have a ton of money to sink into this house so any help would be greatly appreciated.
