Ryan Weale is the Chef, Owner and Operator of Four Weale Catering and with his wife Halina Weale are here to cater for your next event. Ryan has 15 year’s experience in the Hospitality Industry and more than 12 years’ experience as a qualified chef having worked in both Australia and overseas, spending 3 years in London from 2006-2009 broadening his love and knowledge of food and specialising in private and corporate event catering. Four Weale Catering aim to provide a high level of service for each event we cater for today and in the future. We offer a range of catering services/options including canapés, substantial bites, bowl food (mini main meals/mini dessert meals), assorted platters, lunch/dinner up to three course’s and bbq/buffet, also breakfast and office catering on request, in the privacy of your own home or a venue of your choice.
