Does anyone know reliable movers? I’m moving soon from my condo to a house, tried to search online but it’s hard to know which ones are good. Past experience anyone?

Recommendations for a moving company (Moving to Saskatoon) My wife recently got a new job in Saskatoon and the company is going to give an allowance that looks to be enough to afford professional movers. I'm wondering if anyone has any good recommendations or experience of any kind that would help us narrow down the search. Thanks in advance!

Gilbert's Mountain Movers. Used them for years moving four times around the city, and was relieved to hear they did long distance moves. Because it was such a quickie move, Jeff didn't get to see my stuff before sending a quote, so he guaranteed me that there won't be overage charges (under 1000 lbs). They drove 12+ hours each way, with the same guy being on it from start to finish. Out of the three quotes I got, they were also the cheapest in a per pound basis. http://mountainmovers.ca/
Does anyone know if there are any moving companies in Strathmore? Moving there...

Recommendations for Movers Hi /r/Calgary,
I need some recommendations for movers for a 1bdr apartment move. Preferably someone with their own truck. A master bed, living room, and kitchen - all of which is already packed up and sitting in an externally accessible storage locked and needs to be moved to 12 ave and 7st sw.
Thanks

This has [never](http://www.reddit.com/r/Calgary/search?q=movers&restrict_sr=on&sort=new&t=all) been asked before! As always, I recommend [Mountain Movers](http://www.mountainmovers.ca/).
In-city move: cost and mover recommendations Anyone who has hired movers for a move within the city recently: please let me know how much your movers cost (and how big your place is) and whether you would recommend your moving company.

Mountain Movers. http://www.mountainmovers.ca/ Troy@403-923-9242. Used them twice in the past year. 2 Loads the first time (including stupidly massive old school Dining Table). 900 bucks. Totally worth it. Next time just one load and it was 440 with tip. (tipped them 40) Nice guys, friendly, no hidden charges, and they ran everywhere.

Recommendations for movers? I'm going to be moving across town at the end of the month (end of March).
