  My advise is to listen to all opinions and to do a full week at each box and then make an informed decision. As the owner of crossFit CEY and CrossFit CFM I am also in favour of Neil owner of Balistix Crosffit who is a great coach and has a great box. We are all community in helderberg an CrossFit fanatics. And we all support each other

  The nature of crossfit is that you will make friends and have fun while working hard and getting results. I have found a second home at CFM, love the vibe and the people. Crossfit CEY in Strand also currently is running a 20% off special, so another good option.
