  Hi everyone! I’m moving to Toronto with my job and I’m looking for a 1 bedroom apartment for +/- 1,500/month (long-term commitment), fully furnished, utilities/hydro included, near a subway station in downtown area (or immediately near) and no basement. I will stay together with my husband who’s coming with me, I will have job, recommendation letter/guarantor if needed, credit card, we can pay 1+1 in advance. We will need the rent starting with 15-20th of December, 2017 (until then, my employer is assuring a place to stay for us). Can you please help us with any suggestions? Many thanks in advance!
