Me and my husband are looking at saving up to buy our own home (first time) and I'm trying to find a mortgage plan that does 100% financing- meaning the down payment is not out of our pocket. I know this is hard to find, but we are in a rush to get out of our tiny studio at the moment. If anyone knows of any banks or credit unions that do this i would greatly appreciate the help!

  I thought only certain homes qualified for 0 down depending on location. I could be wrong though. We have used Jeff Anderson at Guild +1 (425) 422-1825 for multiple mortgages and he's great.
