Our main goal at Nassau Veterinary Hospital is to provide our clients and patients with the most compassionate, competent, and up-to-date medical care available. At Nassau Veterinary Hospital we regard our clients and patients as "family" and strive to maintain an atmosphere that promotes the delivery of the best possible medical service anywhere!!
Another goal of our hospital is to pursue an aura of excellence, as exhibited by our modern equipment, caring and knowledgeable staff, and the extreme cleanliness of our facility. Our employees take pride in themselves and their ability to provide our clients with the best service possible. We are proud of our expertise, but we will be grateful to refer our patients to other facilities where Board-certified specialists can handle some of our more complicated and life-threatening illnesses.
Profitability is also an important part of our philosophy. Only by executing a successful business will we be able to provide our clients with the facility, staff, and medical technology that ensures our patients remain as healthy and happy as possible.
ISO a veterinarian in Yulee or Fernandina that is reasonable but good for my senior dog. Thanks!

We’ve got some great local vets! We love th https://www.facebook.com/1466251263628061 e Nassau Veterinary Hospital . Our family has been with them for over 10 years and they are amazing.
In search of a really good, CARING, vet! My last one I had for 25 years... looking for another one that loves their job, loves my pets like they are their own, and won't cost me a small fortune
Dr Kim Carter is simply the best! She's cared for my babies for 20+ years! Nassau Veterinary Hospital

Nassau Veterinary Hospital. The staff is lovely and amazing, Dr. Carter is friendly and knowledgeable, and they all adore animals. The environment of the place is also wonderful-- it doesn't feel cold and foreign like a doctor's office. They are the only people within an hour drive that will take my guinea pigs, and I wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else! (They also see cats and dogs, ofc!)
I just moved to the island over the weekend. My 12 year old Boxer had been under treatment for an eye ulcer back at my (former) home. She needs to go in for a checkup, but I am nervous because I don't know anything about the vets on the island. Any recommendations? And WHY would you recommend them? Thanks!

Dr Kim, Nassau Vet Hospital on 17, my little dog did the same thing about 2 months ago and it was not expensive she was able to get it out without knocking him out. I can't remember exactly how much it was and I guess it depends on what she has to do but she is amazing and so is her staff. I dont think it cost me but around 50.00. Her number is 904-225-2050
Moved here a couple of weeks ago and finally seeing daylight. A big question is who offers the best vet care? we have dogs and a cat, and would prefer a place with more than one vet in practice. Am more concerned about finding the best vet than i am our own doctor...that's pretty pathetic, isnt it! : )
