About us
The success story of Bar B. Q. Tonight began in 1988 at Karachi, Pakistan. We started serving authentic Pakistani dishes along with our signature Bar.B.Q dishes. The restaurant then occupied a modest corner shop space in a multi-use building, seating as many as around 80 patrons at a time. It was established in recognition of the opportunity for a professional restaurant establishment that consistently offered high-quality products, 1st in class service and uncompromising hygiene.
Today, the brand’s global footprint comprises of 18 locations worldwide, but our core priorities remain intact to this day. We are as committed as ever to the creation, marketing and distribution of high quality and health-conscious Pakistani traditional cuisine, Bar.B.Q Tonight is a pioneer in food safety, leading the market as the first restaurant in Pakistan to be awarded ISO22000 and HACCP certifications. This is reflective of the franchise’s commitment to food quality and our global footprint remains committed to further excelling in that area. Bar.B.Q Tonight Global also won the ‘International Franchisor of the Year’ award at the 2015 Franchise & Licensing Awards in Singapore.
In 2016, we were awarded the “BEST Barbeque Restaurant in Pakistan” at Pakistan’s first food excellence awards. Bar.B.Q Tonight is the new standard for exquisite quality and taste, serving unique varieties of cuisines to cater to every flavor, and every tongue, in its own unique style.
Bar.B.Q Tonight offers South Asian delicacies based on regional traditions. We believe in creating fresh and healthy products for our customers. All of our raw materials and food preparation processes are passed through high levels of scrutiny.
Our current reach spans from Southeast Asia through the Middle East. The brand has open outlets in Pakistan, UAE, Saudi-Arabia, Oman, Singapore and Malaysia and Dhaka.
