  We really like Tri-River in Uxbridge. I do not know specifically about special needs, but Dr. Medina is great, kind and patient. Dr. Yasigian at Blackstone Valley Pediatrics (RI) is great, too. We went there from his birth to age 10. After we switched, I gave him the choice to go back, though, and he chose to stay with Dr. Medina without hesitation. Every time we go to Uxbridge, we see Dr. Medina. At Blackstone Valley, all the doctors were great, but it was always someone different in the practice.
