The carpet is ruined, the dehumidifier is useless, and it's not showing any signs of stopping in the near future. I could use your full suite of advice neighbors! Has happened to you and would you be willing to share your experience? How about remediation company recommendations, Glen Association experiences, remodel recommends and experiences (carpet, tile, rip out the walls, sump, French drain?).
