Midway through working on it for a flip I got pulled into other work and it's keeping me to busy. Have had horrible luck trying to find Portland subs or a GC through conventional means. So I'm looking to Reddit with the hope of someone having worked with a contractor they liked a lot. Looking for the kind of GC who probably does spec builds, or at least has a good track record of bigger scale work. (I.e. not just built a couple decks) Maybe has a couple employees but isn't a giant empire. Someone with start to finish GC experience who has a good lineup of subs for all trades. It is a good couple months job and am happy to pay well for a good person. Thanks for any suggestions!
