  Not in Ventura County, but we had a very good experience with a guy based in the Studio City area. The guy is Ovi, and his company is Final Touch Roofing: (818) 487-7071 or (866) 87-FINAL We chose him because he was the highest-rated on Yelp in our general area, and I can see why. Super nice, and very reasonable. He also did a little more than we needed and didn't charge extra, AND he cleaned up well!
