  The https://www.facebook.com/103093513063670 Tate Modern restaurant (9 th floor) is very good with a stunning view across to St Pauls, up-river to Wembley and down-river beyond Canary Wharf - as I noted in answer to a similar question last week (use Search for more suggestions) the menu isn't marked up but https://www.facebook.com/121973467885166 pretty much everything can be adapted. Jose Tapas Bar is also very good with a daily chalkboard that the staff can talk you through, I believe there's a sister restaurant around the corner.
