  Seattle is a growing city. I feel silly not knowing about the Totem Lake mall come on 80 businesses, 200 new homes and a larger trader joes and whole foods. Suggest they get a beast burger in the whole foods, a by Chloe, a veggie grill, an amys restaurant, an ALL VEGAN sushi restaurant, an ALL VEGAN Mexican Buffet, a julep, a lush, a target with a freshiis, a Jamba Juice, a Noodles and Company... Tons of ideas there? What else is being built up that needs vegan businesses in place or entrepreneurs? Does anyone know if the light rail expansion will move off of the main u district to angle lake and expand to cover Duvall, carnation, Redmond/Microsoft, Kirkland or Everett? Sure would make things convenient for the non-drivers who end up spending hours on bus.

  My Celiac son has is 11th birthday tomorrow and his favorite meal is burgers and fries. Since his diagnosis last year, we have found plenty of gf burgers, not many places with gf fries (most places have shared fryers). Anyone have any recommendations on a place that has both gf burgers and gf fries. Would really like to find place for this bithday dinner.
