A NEW chapter has started in the story of the longest running real estate agency in Coolum Beach. In 1969 at the site of the current Element on Coolum (formerly the Coolum Beach Caravan Park) stood a small shared office named Eric Lloyd Real Estate.
With the ever-increasing client demand, the agency quickly outgrew their tiny, beachside premises and in 1979 the office moved to its current site as Wayne Roberts Real Estate. In 1987 Lorraine Cush purchased the business and proudly operated as The Professionals then later branded to Coolum Beach Real Estate.
In late 2014 Lorraine retired, selling the business, which is now under new ownership and management. Run by Cara de Ryk the office has a team of 11 property professionals in both Sales and property management

We are clean and tidy. We like to make sure inside and out stays nice. We do have 2 outside dogs and a very old outside cat. The cat doesn't like being inside at all. Would like 3 bedrooms. If possible we would like a place under $400pw. Around the sunshine coast please. If you know of any would be a great help.
