  Does anybody here know of any county agencies or?? that could help a disabled person who suffers with COPD as well as other medical conditions, lives in Champlin, is on SSDI and is very low income with her AC and/or Furnace? Her AC just quit working yesterday - she cannot afford a new one & has a very difficult time breathing in this weather without it? Thanks in advance for any suggestions/information you might be able to provide.
