  The doctors name is steven lattulipe pronounced "la tulip". Its his facility, its a small family oriented place. Its him a couple nurses and a nurse paractitioner named franny. I like that its small because they always know who you are and i know that the doctor woqnt ever change. The number is 5036235430.
