  ~Looking for recommendations for a restaurant in Newport~ I'm hosting a non-veg family that has never been to RI before and I want to take them somewhere to get a classic Newport dining experience with ambiance, good drinks, and nice food, but that also has some decent veg options. I'm trying to show them that vegans can have nice dinners out too, but all of the "classic" places I used to go to in Newport (pre-veg) are almost exclusively steak and seafood restaurants. I'm hoping there's some place I'm not thinking of where we can get a nicer, upscale meal, with vegan choices that consist of more than a bowl of lettuce! Thank you!
