  ISO FREE - San Tan Valley, AZ (85140) Need someone who can install tile & vinyl/laminate, replace the baseboards with new ones and do interior paint on our house in Pecan Creek South.   Shane Sargent With Dad's Home Restoration can do all of that. Uses Sherwin Williams paint for painting jobs. Installs laminate, tile and vinyl flooring. Does a great job. Very hard worker. Has over 15 years experience. All work is warrentied. All estimates are free. 480 216 7538
