  1905 S. Crockett Sherman Texas is an abandoned house & has dead trees. City of Sherman doesn't have a tree ordinance so when the trees fall on our fence, garage (pics attached), & home it is our responsibility to clear them. We can take them to small claims court but that takes time & $$$. I can't get up on a ladder & can't use a chainsaw per Dr orders so does anyone know someone that is in the tree trimming business? Doesn't have to be removed just placed back on the property from which it fell. Thanks

  You might try Shawn Riley of Clearview Trees, at 469-298-8733 / 903-267-5645 (website \clearviewtrees.com). I think his wife had a shop for a while next to Lupe's. If his company can't tackle the task, I'm sure he could recommend someone.
