Our builder has gone completely AWOL without finishing any of the snagging including fixing the shower glass, resealing the shower, grout missing , toilet seat falling off. etc etc it's not really major work, maybe half a day?   Can anyone recommend a local telephone engineer (if that is who I need?). I've been informed by external telephone cable repair man ( after our external cable was cut by water meter installers!!) that our internal telephone cables are outdated and wrongly situated. He has given me a roll of cable and a 'box' but unsure what to do with them.....and advice?
