THEY HAVE SOMEONE ON A RAFT THEAT NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION ASAP AND OXYGEN THEY ARE NEAR INTERSECTION AND NEED TRANSPORT, WATER IS TO LOW TO GET THERE IN THE RAFT.
