    Looking for recommendations for a contractor that can provide a free estimate of what it would cost me to enclose my Florida room. I'm hoping to be able to use the same tiling flooring. Need just 2 sides of concrete wall, 1 outside door, 1 or 2 windows and a roof. I was told from the city that I needed electrical engineering blueprints. So someone that is experienced with this and permits. Thanks in advance!
