  Looking for a vet that accepts payments plans that you have had good experience with. My friends 7yr old chi started vomiting blood and pooping blood. She doesn't want to eat or drink. She took her last night to Blue Pearl and told her it could be several things and wanted to keep her for a few days to run tests. My friend could not afford it so she took her home and is watching her. She feels really bad and wants to find a vet that will work with her financially. She lives off of I-17 and Peoria.
