  http://studiofitness.ie/ My housemate has been doing a 10 week plan with them and he's just finished that one and started another 10 week plan. He does a mix of personal training sessions and spin classes. He definitely recommends them anyway. They give you a meal plan and tailor it over the weeks to the excercises and intensity of what you're doing.
