Both are very good. Be aware that there can be very long wait times to get in to see a therapist (especially a good one) as a new patient. If it's an emergency, if you're having thoughts of harming yourself or other people call 911 and you can be helped immediately at the hospital.

  a psychology professor I had back in school is also a therapist who specialized in LGBT issues. His name is Matt Borer https://therapists.psychologytoday.com/rms/name/Matt_Borer_PhD,LMFT_Jacksonville_Florida_65177 http://www.mattborer.com/ this guy is crazy smart and insightful. i don't think he takes insurance but offers sessions based on a sliding scale. Good luck
