  Are there any places/people in Muncie who train puppies? I have a 5 month old dachshund/chihuahua mix and he is hyper and doesn't sit still and keeps jumping on my son. He doesn't sit still long enough to eat and gets distracted so he's underweight as well. PetSmart is so expensive. I was looking for maybe someone/somewhere a little cheaper? Any help is appreciated.
