  Hi Linda, North Star Rescue takes in mice and then adopts them out so the person who is looking for a mouse might want to check their website and contact them: http://northstarrescue.org/ If they don't have any mice currently they may know who might. Also, San Francisco Animal Care & Control sometimes has mice but I don't know whether or not they do currently. Debra
