Looking for some advice ...
I am looking for some kind of fitness/training/gym that can assist me in toning up and continue on my weightloss journey. Not really too keen on a gym as I lack motivation and need pushing
Unfortunately I am a unpartnered parent who works part time during the day so would have my primary school aged child accompanying me. I can only do evenings due to work etc
Any suggestions ??? Thanks
