How was I supposed to know that that they would put on a $50 faucet on my sink plus $30 worth of parts; spent 1 hr 10 minutes actually working + 30 minutes to go get the parts. They charged me $385! If you do your math, they charged me at least $285 for 1 hr 40 minutes of total work. They refused to give me an itemized bill and now I know why. I went online and got the costs of the parts and the faucet. They totally took advantage of me. **please note that they came out on a normal work day and normal work hours, so it was not an "emergency" call*** I guess they thought I was a cash cow...When I called the owner this morning and complained about the bill, all he could say was that I agreed to this prices before the work was done....I did not realize what I was getting myself into....NEVER AGAIN...you will fool me once but not twice.
