  When I was on my way to rescue an abandoned dog at a home in East Houston (family left to escape hurricane) I ran across Duke ( pronounced Dew Kee). He belongs to a old man who is very physically week, very poor and has no car. Duke only lets this man touch him. NEED A VET OR VET OFFICE or Rescue group IN THE HOUSTON AREA THAT WANTS TO HELP HIM. This dog loves his old man and vice versa. Obviously he hasn't been given proper vet car but please only kind and helpful comments and if you can help in this situation personally please message me. We need a mobile vet or someone else to help load the dog into a crate and take him to a vet and then return him home where man will continue giving him medications. He will probably need to be muzzled. The man might be able to help get him in the crate. There are other family member there but as I said dog only lets the old man touch him. I can do a small fundraiser for the pup and the proceeds can to go directly to the vet or a rescue group that can help. Please share. Thank you for your compassion. Vets can text 281-386-7794.
