As part of the project, we'll also be adding a cement/screed floor (currently just outdoor tiles grouted on top of packed sand) and a ceiling. Some engineering/structural work needs to be done to secure the patio roof, as it's currently supported by a beam in the middle which needs to be removed. Looking for names and email addresses of professional, reputable contractors with references (and, ideally, links to pictures of previous work on either website or Facebook Page).
