  ISO of Contractor in Port Arthur area. I don't want travel to be an issue. Initially, finish demo of drywall and insulation and treat studs on approx. 2700 sf. Depending on adjustor, maybe cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms. After dry period, will need someone to reinstall.
