So I have a pretty jacked up back (and I got pretty bad whiplash earlier this year) and pre-COVID I used to get cupping or deep tissue massage once a month. It’s now been.... 6 months since I had any work done. I don’t wanna be crucified for posting this during COVID but my left shoulder blade is frequently numb at this point and I haven’t slept in weeks. If you guys know anyone doing DEEP tissue massage right now I’d really really appreciate any leads. I’ve already been laying on my heating pad and acupuncture mat to no avail for some time now... As for tie dye, I had a friend who got some dope pants at a local shop but she cannot remember the shop name. Just that it was a local small business. Any ideas there? Thanks, Asheville!

  I've had student massages from [https://www.wncmassageschool.com](https://www.wncmassageschool.com) several times and will be having them again. if you time it right (when they're offering massages) the price is very reasonable and they train their students well. highly recommend. I always get the 80 minute one and feel quite pampered for a great price.
