I have held her and my mom has tried to clip her face but Chloe fights us. She really needs to get her nails clipped and face cut.   Kathy's dog grooming in salisbury worked with my dog to get her comfortable. She would take her and just brush her to work on gaining her trust and getting her used to the grooming.
