  I am looking for someone who can draw up plans for adding a room to our house and getting the approval. I was told his will cost about R20 000. I was also told that it is possible to use an architectural student to do it at a far cheaper price. Anyone know anything about this or where I can find a student? I can't afford R20 000 for plans to build on 1 room.

  That is a lot of money for 1 room. We had a whole new second floor plus new roof and inside alterations made for little bit more than that. You can phone Peter Davel at 083 963 1315. Our plans were already approved by Engineer and is currently at the Council for approval, so this guy is really good.
