  Dr. Penner Address: 331 Maine St, Brunswick, ME 04011 Phone:(207) 721-0911 He pu tubes in my daughter's ears when she had a chronic ear infection and removed tonsils of my son who couldn't breath with them. With my son, his pcp said to put tubes in also, he said no, the child didn't need them, and he was right.....4 years later all is well with the kiddos. No more issues.
