  I would say it's more about what style you want and if you have a sketch already done. Each artist will have a style that they're best in; if you pick something that doesn't mesh with what they do, the tattoo might not be all you hoped it could be.   I'm gonna be reallllyyy honest. Water color tattoos are beautiful, but they take a specific type of talent and practice.
