  Although normally he specializes in restorations from water damage or fire / smoke damage, Lior Schporen is a very good general contractor at Floors To Ceiling, (469) 446-9410. He is very thorough, exceptionally attentive to detail, and the subcontractors he works with are just as meticulous. I have used him twice in the last year; once for an insured water-damage restoration that involved mold prevention and complete replacement of all the flooring on the first floor of my house; and later for a smaller, non-insurance, remodel of another section of the house.   Howdy Neighbors, I'm in need of some advice. We just bought a house and the major inspection item was that the shower pan in the enclosed tile shower needs to be replaced. I'm thinking we will do a poured concrete pan, but my question is, is there any way to salvage dat Dal-Tile or if not, where can I find a reasonably close replacement?
