I'm looking for recommendations on plumbers and/contractors and here's why. My yard has an above ground manifold connected to the water main. The manifold sprung a leak near the first shutoff valve and even with the valve closed, it is dripping. To fix/replace it I'm going to need to shut off the main water line but it appears to be stuck/rusted. This is far outside my ability to handle so again, I'm not sure if I'm going in the right direction so any information is greatly appreciated.
