  I spoke with [Bill Palmer](https://www.mortgagesmadeeasy.com/did-you-know/35-brokers-agents/66-bill-palmer-1) several years ago when I purchased. I don't know if he's still doing this, but at that time, he offered $100 of his commission back to me.
