  Given the number of people and price you listed I want to recommend [Irish Eyes in Lewes.](http://www.irisheyespub.com/banquet.html) Their prices have gone up a little since we had our wedding there and it is a different coordinator, but we had a fantastic time, everyone complimented it, the food was great, everyone drank freely and we did it all for under 10K. It was really an excellent venue and by far the best bang for the buck and wasn't just another hotel ballroom venue, but had all the accommodations and ease of that kind of place.
